Availability and confirmation

Your date is secured after B&B confirms availability and your deposit is paid. Use My reservations with your confirmation code and booking email to view your booking, update contact details, request changes, cancel eligible reservations and pay an available online balance. Date, location, guest-count and package changes require B&B approval. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund or waive obligations under your service agreement.

Your deposit

Pay 10% for packages of $1,000 or more, or 50% for packages below $1,000. Extras are confirmed separately. The package price determines the deposit percentage. For catering, that percentage applies to the package and calculated travel total. Your remaining balance is the total less the deposit paid.

Catering travel

Catering events within 25 miles of our restaurant have no travel fee. For events farther away, travel is $1.25 per mile for the entire round trip from our restaurant. For example, an event 40 miles away has an 80-mile round trip and adds $100. This automatic fee applies only to catering packages.

Travel quotes remain available in the booking form for 20 minutes. If your quote expires or you change the address, recalculate travel before continuing. Extras are confirmed separately, and any applicable tax is shown in checkout.
