Booking privacy.

Your event details

We use the event date, location, guest count, contact details and notes you enter to prepare and manage your reservation and contact you about your event.

Catering travel quotes

When you enter a full catering event address, we send that address to Google Maps to calculate driving mileage from our restaurant. This lookup does not send your name, email, phone number or payment details to Google Maps. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps Terms of Service.

Reservation portal

Your private confirmation code and booking email give access to your reservation. Keep the code private. Access is checked on our server; we store a secure, temporary cookie for 30 minutes so you can manage your booking. Change requests are saved privately for B&B review. We use Wix’s recorded payments to display your online order balance.

Payments

Payments continue through Wix-hosted secure checkout. This B&B booking form does not collect your card number. Your event details and quoted amounts accompany the reservation payment in checkout.
