You set up and serve. Tortillas are not included. The 50-person package includes 25 lbs of beef birria, 1 tray of rice and 1 tray of beans. Quantities for other guest counts are confirmed in your quote.
Pay 10% for packages of $1,000 or more, or 50% for packages below $1,000. Extras are confirmed separately.
Your date is secured after B&B confirms availability and your deposit is paid.
Catering events within 25 miles of our restaurant have no travel fee. For events farther away, travel is $1.25 per mile for the entire round trip from our restaurant.
